Ingredients to make aloo bajji:
* aloo- 1 no
*carom
seeds(vaamu/ajwain)-1 tsps
*salt as per
teste
*chili powder-1
tsp
*gram
flour/besan/chenege pendi- 1 cup
*cooking soda-1/4
tsp
*oil to deep fry
preparation process for aloo bajji:
* firstly thinly
slice row aloolengthwise.using mandarin,could give you the perfect result of
slicing or can also be sliced carefully by using knife.
*take gram flour
in a bowl and add salt,chili powder and cooking soda,carom and mix well.
*slowly add water
to get batter in the form dosa/pancake batter
consistency.
*heat a pan and
add oil to it and let oil heat sufficiently.
* after that dip
sliced aloo into gram flour batter and drop them into oil and fry on medium
heat .
* fry until bajji
get golden brown then remove them.
*then keep bajjis
in paper napkin to remove exceess oil
* thats your hot
,spice and testy aloo bajji serve with
tomato ketchup or onion .
