mirchi/mirapakaya bajji

Mirchi bajji or mirapakaya bajjii recipe is very traditional and famous in south india. Mirchi bajji or mirapakaya bajjii is best evening snack this is very testy and easy to prepare

Ingredients to make mirchi bajji or mirapakaya bajji:

*long,stout chilies/mirchi-8
*carom seeds(vaamu/ajwain)-1 tsps
*salt as per teste
*gram flour/besan/chenege pendi- 1 cup
*cooking soda-1/4 tsp
*oil to deep fry

preparation process for mirchi or mirapakaya bajji:

* firstly slit the chilies length wise and remove the seeds if you want spicy and hot then do not remove the seeds and keep aside.
*take gram flour in a bowl and add salt and cooking soda,carom and mix well.
*slowly add water to get batter in right consistency.
*heat a pan and add oil to it and let oil heat sufficiently.
* after that dip prepared chilies into gram flour batter and drop them into oil and fry on medium heat .
* fry until bajji get golden brown then remove them.
*then keep bajjis in paper napkin to remove exceess oil
* thats your hot ,spice and testy mirchi/mirapaya bajjis serve with tomato catchup or onion .
